• Fees are paid in four equal installments. All fees should be paid to Blair House Student Hostel Inc. in advance of each term. Fees are based on an annual budget.
• Any breakages or damage through carelessness or misconduct to be paid for by the parent or guardian of the student responsible.
• Care will be taken of students however Blair House Student Hostel Inc. cannot be responsible for student who leave the hostel without permission of houseparents.
• Parents/Guardians must provide the names and contact details of host adults able to take their boarder for outings.
• Please ensure that all communications relating to student arrangements whilst at Blair House Student Hostel or when planning weekend departures etc., are directed to houseparents and not arranged between Parent/Guardian and boarder.
• A form can be obtained from the students school office (emergency contact details, guardian) this form has to be filled out and returned to the school if the parents would like the school to contact the Manager of Blair House Student Hostel Inc. in regards to your child’s illness, behaviours including being bullied and or bullying.
• Undertake that students will be subject to all Hostel Rules and Regulations.
• Notice of termination of boarding must be given in writing at least one term in advance.
