• Students are in the direct care of the Houseparents who live onsite.
• Communication with Parents/Guardians, and Blair House Student Hostel Inc. Management Committee is maintained at all times.
• Discipline is carried out as per Behaviour Management Guidelines in a fair and consistent manner.
• All staff will provide appropriate supervision, nutritious meals, and a clean and neat environment.
• All staff have the right to be treated in a respectful manner by Students and Parents/Guardians at all times.
